This years prize draw for the shirt sponsorship was held on the 13th May 1998. The first prize was won by Northern Garage, but as the owner Mr Ronnie Bradford is also Queens Vice Chairman, he very generously offered the prize in an auction held after the draw. This helped raise a further £3300, thereby earning Queens £27 300, a very healthy figure. The full list of winners is as follows.
