Geordie Rowe provides stability at the centre of defence. Since arriving at Palmerston in 1992 he has maintained his form with his hallmark incisive but fair tackling and commitment to the cause. Has built up a good partnership with Jim Thompson at the centre of defence.
Co-Manager Rowan Alexander still makes the occasional appearance as a substitute and although he was one of the best strikers to grace the turf at Palmerston, his performances now seem to be detracted from by the added responsibilities of management.
Super Stevie Mallan has developed over the last two seasons into a more consistent performer. He has in the past been indifferent and often the most frustrating and frustrated man on the pitch, however his goalscoring exploits early last season have endeared him to the crowd, although he still misses more than he scores.
An experienced and professional performer at all times. Needs a partner that can link more effectively with him as if he is given the service he will provide the clinical finish.
