A resounding victory for Berwick Rangers is the only way to describe this match, in fact if the Wee Rangers had won by a larger margin there would have been no cause for complaint.
Queens', at full strength, were never in the match and always looked second best against their lower division opponents. It had been twelve months since the Doonhamers had conceeded so many and let's hope that it is at least another twelve before the feat is repeated.
For the record Charlie Adams notched what can barely be described as a consolation goal eight minutes from the end with a powerful low drive.
